Frammme helps you generate App Store screenshots using AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

What We Collect

• Account info — your email address and profile details, provided when you sign up through Clerk (our authentication provider).
• Screenshots and content — the images and text you upload or provide for generating App Store screenshots.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of purchases and transaction IDs.
• Usage data — we collect basic, anonymous analytics like page views through Vercel Analytics to improve the product. This is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites.

How We Use Your Data

• Generating screenshots — your uploaded content is processed by AI (via Anthropic's API) to create your App Store screenshots.
• Running the service — account management, credit tracking, and delivering your generated images.
• Processing payments — credit purchases are handled through Stripe.
• Improving the product — understanding how features are used so we can make them better.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting, infrastructure, and cookieless product analytics
• Anthropic — AI processing for screenshot generation

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

We keep your account data and generated screenshots for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g., payment records).

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the data we have about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. These are always on because the site won't work without them.

For product analytics we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless — it measures aggregate, anonymous usage (like page views) without setting tracking cookies or following you across other sites. Because no analytics or advertising cookies are set, there's nothing to opt in or out of.

We don't use third-party advertising cookies or share data with ad networks.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email.
