What Frammme Does

Frammme is a tool that generates App Store screenshots using AI. You upload your app's screenshots and content, and we generate polished marketing images ready for the App Store. By using Frammme, you agree to these terms.

Credits and Payments

• Frammme uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits in bundles to generate screenshots.
• Used credits are non-refundable — once a credit has been spent on a generation, the work is done. Unused credits can be refunded; see Refunds below.
• Credits never expire — use them whenever you want.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• If a generation fails due to a system error, the credit will be refunded to your account automatically.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with Frammme. Refunds are handled personally — just email us at frammme@heyfuturejesse.com and we'll sort it out.

• Unused credits: if you haven't used any credits from a purchase, we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Used credits: once you've spent a credit, that credit isn't refundable — the work has already been done. But if you're genuinely unhappy with your results, email us anyway. We'd rather make it right than leave you unsatisfied.
• Failed generations are always refunded automatically as credits — you don't need to ask.

Your Content and IP

You retain full ownership of the content you upload (your app screenshots, text, and branding). You also own the final generated screenshots that you download — they're yours to use however you like, including for commercial purposes on the App Store.

We retain a limited license to store and process your content solely for operating the service (e.g., generating and displaying your screenshots within the app). We won't use your content for marketing or share it publicly without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Frammme to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Misrepresent your app's functionality in generated screenshots
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the service itself

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep Frammme running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (AI models, hosting, payments), and occasional downtime may occur. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

AI-Generated Content

Screenshots are generated using AI, which means results may vary. While we strive for quality, we can't guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations. That's why failed generations are automatically refunded as credits.

Account Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing frammme@heyfuturejesse.com. If you have unused credits when you close your account, email us and we'll refund them. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Frammme is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
